  • Website Creation: Design, development, hosting, and maintenance.

  • Social Media Management: Strategy, content creation, moderation, and analytics.

  • Digital Strategy Development: Comprehensive consulting and implementation plans for online marketing and digital growth.

  1. Pricing and Payment Terms: Pricing details are provided upon quotation. Payment terms include a 50% deposit upon contract acceptance and the remaining 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for delivered services. Nexalya retains intellectual property rights on all methodologies, designs, and processes developed unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  3. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely and accurate information required for the performance of the services. Delays or inaccuracies may result in additional charges.

  4. Confidentiality: Both Nexalya and the client commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all exchanged information and data.

  5. Liability: Nexalya's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service involved. Nexalya is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

  6. Termination and Cancellation: Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply if services have already commenced.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nexalya's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Nexalya's registered jurisdiction.
